Data Sync

Sync Method

Enable data sync by going to Settings > Sync > Data Sync in the app. This is a Pro feature. App data is stored in your iCloud.

Data sync can also be used as a data backup. You can restore data when reinstalling the app or switching devices.

Troubleshooting

If "Network Error" is displayed at the bottom of the notebook list screen, check your internet connection and try again. If using carrier data, try in an area with better signal.

If a shared notebook does not appear on the notebook list screen after sync completes, enable Settings > Sync > Shared Data Sync in the app.

If "Turn on iCloud" is displayed when tapping or clicking a shared link, you may not be logged in with your Apple ID or iCloud Drive may be disabled. Log in with your Apple ID and enable iCloud Drive. If the "iCloud Drive" option does not appear in the Settings app, try turning on iCloud Mail, installing Apple's "Files" app from the App Store, or tapping "Manage Account Storage" or clicking the "Manage" button on the iCloud account screen in the Settings app.

If the latest data is not reflected after sync completes, enable Settings > Sync > Reset Token in the app. This process takes time.
