FirstSeed Tasks comes with a built-in AI agent, so searching, organizing and analyzing your tasks is just a matter of asking. Say "Show this week's progress" or "Move overdue tasks to this week," and it handles several actions in a single step.

Hand it an email or a request and it reads the content and creates the tasks you need — not only the titles, but due dates and related details, already filled in. From a quick daily check-in to analysis based on past data, the AI agent covers a wide range of ground.

Getting things done

Do you find it hard to concentrate when working from home or studying for an exam? FirstSeed Tasks includes a timer built to support the doing. Pick a task, press start, and you are running either a standard timer or a Pomodoro timer.

Deciding "I'll work on this for the next 30 minutes" gets a surprising amount done — give it a try. Your working time is recorded as well, and seeing the days add up as a graph is a motivation of its own.

Organize visually

FirstSeed Tasks shows every task on a single board, so managing your work feels like putting sticky notes up on a wall.

The board is customizable to fit what you need. In a project like a travel plan, for example, attached images can appear as thumbnails or as cover images. You can also choose whether to show or hide due dates, tags, subtasks and more.

Track your schedule

FirstSeed Tasks lets you manage task schedules on the timeline. Also known as a Gantt chart, it makes running a project far more efficient.

Unscheduled tasks appear on the timeline too, and drag and drop is all it takes to schedule them. You can also hide unscheduled or completed tasks to focus only on what is planned.

Seamless with your calendar

FirstSeed Tasks can export tasks as calendar events or reminders, and changes you make to an event in the calendar app sync back to the task automatically. That means you can manage your task schedule from FirstSeed Calendar itself.

See today's essentials at a glance

My Tasks gathers what you need to do today from across every project. When a task has a start date or a due date, it shows up in My Tasks by itself.

My Tasks is customizable — you can bring in specific sections or tags. If every project has an "In Progress" section, for example, you can show all your in-progress tasks together in My Tasks.

Finding a task is easy too

In FirstSeed Tasks, finding what you are looking for is quick. Filter by specific criteria to see only tasks due within a week, for example, or only tasks carrying a certain tag or priority.

You can also narrow things down with search. Matching words are highlighted, so the task you are after is easy to spot.

Appearance matters

Customize the look of the app with themes. The standard Colorful theme offers a modern, playful design, while Monochrome and Black & White give you a more classic interface. Dark mode is fully supported, of course.

Sync and sharing

Projects and tasks sync across your devices through iCloud. Because the latest data is kept there, you can restore everything when you reinstall the app or move to a new device.

Projects and tasks can also be shared with other people. Share a shopping list with your family, or work through a project together with your team.

Widget support

Put projects and tasks in a widget and check them straight from the Home Screen. Show the number of tasks due today, or list the tasks in a section. You can add a task from a widget as well.
