
The app comes with a built-in AI Agent. Just ask in natural language and it will search, organize, analyze, and create tasks for you. Multi-step work, such as filtering a list by conditions, reviewing the results, and editing items individually, can all be carried out with a single instruction.
You can ask the AI Agent for a wide range of things, from everyday checks to organizing and analyzing your tasks. For example, the following requests are possible.
Find / check: "Tell me this week's progress", "Show overdue tasks", "What should I do today?"
Organize / edit: "Move overdue tasks to this week", "Break this task into subtasks", "Repeat every Mon/Wed/Fri".
Create: "Create tasks from this meeting invitation email" — generate tasks from the contents of an email or text, and register them along with due dates and related information.
Analyze: "Compare the number of completed tasks for last month and this month" — aggregate and compare across your data.
These are just examples. Simply describe what you want to do in natural language, and the AI Agent will decide which operations are needed and carry them out.
The automatic subtask generation feature can be used when the task's title and notes combined are more than 10 characters.
To generate subtasks, tap or click the wand icon in the task's notes field.
After generating subtasks, tap or click on the wand icon that displays "Subtasks generated" to open the menu, where you can adjust the number of subtasks or regenerate them as needed.
If you select "Regenerate...", the AI will regenerate the subtasks from a different perspective.
If you select "Make longer...", it will generate additional subtasks that fill in the steps between the current subtasks to make subtasks more detailed.
If you select "Make shorter...", it will reduce the number of overall subtasks by reducing less important ones or combining multiple subtasks into one, resulting in more concise subtasks.
