iOS 16 supported in FirstSeed Calendar 5.0

We are happy to announce that FirstSeed Calendar version 5.0 is now available on the App Store.

With this update, FirstSeed Calendar is now fully compatible with iOS 16. First, you can now check your schedule and reminders directly from your Lock Screen since the app supports the Lock Screen Widgets, a key feature of iOS 16. This will especially be useful for devices with always-on displays such as the new iPhone 14 Pro/iPhone Pro Max.

The WeatherKit framework was also added in iOS 16, which makes it possible to acquire weather information directly from the app. In FirstSeed Calendar, it is also now possible to display the weather near the date on the calendar or list by selecting the region to display the weather from the advanced settings.

Additionally, FirstSeed Calendar now supports the new Focus Mode Filter. With iOS 16, you can customize the behavior of an app when using specific Focus Modes. For example, when you switch your device to "work" mode, you can customize it so that only your "work" calendar is displayed in FirstSeed Calendar.
