FirstSeed Calendar for iPhone
You can long-tap (touch-and-hold) on an event until the event viewer appears. You can then drag your finger over other events.
You can tap the selected number on the clock in order to switch between the am/pm.
You can drag the time at the center in order to change the hour/minute.
In "horizontal" month calendar, you can use two-finger dragding to resize the calendar view.
You can tap the date in the title bar to jump to a specific date.

FirstSeed Calendar for Mac
You can press the Option key while the popup menu is visible to create an all-day event. You can also press Command-Option-N to create an all-day event.
You can drag & drop the items in the side bar to re-arrange them.
