Every day in one planner: FirstSeed Planner puts your schedule, todos and notes on a single page a day

FirstSeed Inc. released FirstSeed Planner on September 7, 2026 — a planner app that gathers events, todos, notes and photos onto a single page for each date. Available for iPhone and iPad.

Before a meeting you open the calendar to check the time. Once it starts you switch to a notes app to write down what is said. Then the next appointment comes to mind, so back to the calendar, and then the notes app again to add something. Your schedule and your notes belong to the same day, yet they live in separate apps, and the going back and forth never really stops.

FirstSeed Planner puts them in one place, keyed to the date. A single screen stacks the week calendar, the day's events and the day's note, so you can write while looking at your schedule. Turn the page left or right to move to the previous or next day. Because plans and records stay on the same page, finding something later is just a matter of following the date. On iPad, a spread view shows two days at once.

Schedule, todos and notes, all on one page a day

Events and reminders are read and written directly from the standard Calendar and Reminders already set up on your iPhone. iCloud, Google and other accounts carry over exactly as they are, so there is no data migration and nothing to switch away from. Calendars can be created and edited inside the app as well.

A day's note takes text, imported photos and handwriting with Apple Pencil. Checkboxes, lists, five highlight colors, bold, strikethrough and other formatting are supported, so it works just as well for a diary, meeting notes, a health log, a childcare record or lecture notes.

A calendar inside the page — or filling the screen

A calendar is built into the day page, so you can move between dates while keeping your events and your note in view. Tap the handle and it expands into a month calendar on the spot. Check something further ahead, then write straight back into today's page — the whole round trip happens on one screen, without leaving the app.

On iPad, a spread view puts the calendar on the left and the planner page on the right. Pick a date in the calendar and the page on the right switches to that day, so you can survey the week or the month while writing.

Widgets and PDF export

Eight widgets are available for the Home Screen, and checking off a todo works without opening the app. Everything stays in sync between iPhone and iPad.

Specify a range of dates and export those pages as PDF or Markdown. The PDF is not a copy of the screen: it is laid out again for A4, A5, B5 or US Letter, so you can print it and file it in a binder.

The value of a planner shows up not on the day you write in it, but when you open it again later. When plans and records sit on the same page, you can look back at what happened and what you were thinking all at once. What goes on the page is for the person writing to decide; what we provide is the page that holds it.
