Integration with other apps
Share Extension
When you install FirstSeed Tasks, the Share Extension is automatically installed. This allows you to tap or click the "Share" button in apps like Safari and choose FirstSeed Tasks to create tasks from URLs, images, etc.
When you create a task from a URL, the site's title, image, description, etc., are retrieved and added to the task's title, notes, and attachments.
If you do not see "FirstSeed Tasks" in the Share menu, click the "..." button or the "Edit" menu to add the app. On macOS, you should open the System Settings and check the Privacy & Security > Extensions > Added extensions and put a checkmark in "FirstSeed Tasks".
Drag & Drop
URLs, images, and files from other apps can be dragged and dropped into FirstSeed Tasks. When dropped onto a task on the board screen, they will be added to the task. When you drop them on a section, you can create a new task.
Just like the share extension, when you drag & drop a URL link such as .webloc file, the site's title, image, description, etc., are retrieved and added to the task's title, notes, and attachments.
Dienste
Auf dem Mac können Sie über das macOS-Menü „Dienste" markierten Text an FirstSeed Tasks senden. Nach der Installation von FirstSeed Tasks stehen die Dienste „An FirstSeed Tasks senden" und „An den KI-Agenten von FirstSeed Tasks senden" zur Verfügung.
Markieren Sie Text in einer beliebigen App, klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste und wählen Sie:
・„Dienste" > „An FirstSeed Tasks senden" — öffnet den Bildschirm zum Erstellen einer neuen Aufgabe; der markierte Text wird als Aufgabentitel und Notiz übernommen.
・„Dienste" > „An den KI-Agenten von FirstSeed Tasks senden" — öffnet den Bildschirm des KI-Agenten; der markierte Text wird in das Eingabefeld übernommen.
Falls die Menüeinträge nicht angezeigt werden, öffnen Sie „Systemeinstellungen" > „Tastatur" > „Tastaturkurzbefehle" > „Dienste" und stellen Sie sicher, dass „An FirstSeed Tasks senden" und „An den KI-Agenten von FirstSeed Tasks senden" im Abschnitt „Text" aktiviert sind.
